Leads planning and execution efforts to expand capabilities and value of productsDelivery of business value across productsExpansion of product capabilities to meet business/clinical requirementsUse data analytics to guide decisions, refine products iteratively, and report progress and measurable outcomes to senior leadership, aligning products with Value Stream goals.Collaborate closely with IT and engineering teams to ensure cohesive, scalable, and forward-thinking digital architectures.Champion transformative digital solutions by leveraging technology to meet evolving healthcare needs.Define product roadmap and vision that aligns with the organization’s digital transformation goals and drives long-term, impactful solutionsSet clear timelines and milestones to guide development and evaluate product success.Provide regular, concise updates to senior leadership on product vision, progress, and measurable outcomes, aligning with organizational goals, ensuring all stakeholders understand the value and direction of digital initiatives.Manage end to end lifecycles from ideation and planning to development, testing, and deployment, ensuring all products meet high standards of usability, effectiveness, and clinical relevance.Regularly assess and refine products based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving organizational needs, ensuring a balance between short-term improvements and strategic transformationImplement an iterative approach to product refinement, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance product functionality, efficiency, and clinical value in response to feedback and new insights.Other duties as assignedEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications:
For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.Skills and Competencies:
Validates service delivery catalogueProduct performance, care and feedingSupport delivery of Capability, Value and InnovationSupport technology / capability adoptionSupport product standardization and best practices.Work Experience:
3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager in an IT or technology-focused environment.4 additional years functionally related technical experience may offset the degree requirement.Proven track record of leading digital product transformations and driving measurable impact.Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical fields.Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.Personal Protective Equipment:
