Product Manager

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO​

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape our product discovery —focusing on navigation and product listing pages. You'll work closely with a Senior PM to deliver intuitive, inspiring ways for customers to find what they love, driving initiatives around tailored exploration, nudged browsing, and findability. This role bridges product design, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders, ensuring solutions are customer-centric, data-informed, and strategically aligned.

In addition to the above, your role will involve: 

Leading the discovery, delivery, and iteration of key initiatives.Translating customer and business needs into clear problem statements, product requirements, and prioritized backlogs.Collaborating closely with UX, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders to bring new experiences to life - from concept to release.Defining, monitor, and report on success metrics (e.g. CTR, engagement rates, PLP < PDP flow).Driving test, experimentation, and customer validation to generate insights that inform product improvements and strategic decisions.

You’ll join a global, cross-functional team committed to delivering exceptional digital experiences through close collaboration, user-centric design, and continuous iteration. The team brings together diverse expertise across Product Design, Analytics, and Engineering, and partners closely with other product teams within the global digital experience organization, as well as key business stakeholders.

A data-informed mindset, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making.Experience working in agile, iterative product development environments.A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset—always looking for ways to enhance the product and the team’s ways of working.
