A Snapshot of Your Day:
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to execute the key product initiatives and work cross-functionally which enable our executives to deliver the right insights and lead to actionable decisions with value.

Role and Responsibilities

How You Will Make An Impact:

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with Suwon officeLead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and requirements gathering to development and launchDevelop and drive the overall product vision and strategies with meaningful insight into the leadershipConduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and deeply analyze product performanceCommunicate product plans, progress, and results to prioritize tasks and ensure timely deliveryEstablish the KPI dashboards for product and sales in a meaningful actionable wayMake ad-hoc Intelligence reports required to support management meetings and provide timely, accurate, and actionable informationDatabase management and ad-hoc reporting as needed by various business unitsResponsible for business analytics through all phases, including data identification, sourcing, collection, analysis, and visualizationMain tasks are: reporting, forecasting, quarterly close, performance analysis, and preparing VIP/ Executive level decksData visualization: Analyse large datasets, identify patterns, trends, or problematic areas, and present them in an understandable format via reports in PPT or Power BI

Skills and Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

8+ years’ experience in product management or a related role with a background in business or e-commerce etc.Proven track record of launching successful products with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical skills with a willingness to learn about data analysis and performance metricsExcellent time management with the ability to work on tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last-minute requestsComprehensive understanding of sales, financial, and commercial correlations. Ability to focus on detail while being able to grasp the bigger pictureAbility to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization and work cross-functionallyBe able to simplify the story around complex issues, articulate commercial/business/finance topics clearlySuperb communication skills, both written and verbal - able to present complex analytics to an executive audienceAbility to comprehensively understand data elements, sources, and relationshipsAn aptitude to learn and to innovate in a rapidly changing environmentFamiliarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and ExcelHands-on experience with Visual Basic (VBA), and professional usage of Excel functionsAdvanced Data Visualization tools and Big Data Analytics is an advantage
