In this role, you will lead the evolution of our Workday platform to power how we attract, develop, and enable our global workforce. You’ll partner with teams across HR, Payroll, and IT to translate business goals into scalable, data-driven solutions that improve how employees experience our systems every day. You’ll drive the strategy and roadmap for Workday and related integrations, ensuring our systems support rapid growth and operational excellence.
