Your New Role...

As the Product Manager for Streaming & Ad Innovation (EMEA), you will serve as a regional product leader driving the evolution of HBO Max and other WBD platforms through innovative ad-supported (AVOD) experiences. Serve as the connective tissue between regional stakeholders in Ad Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Operations, translating monetization strategies into productized capabilities that scale.

Define and track product success metrics, run experiments, and continuously optimize features based on viewer behaviour, ad performance, and business impact.

Act as a regional voice within global product forums—clearly articulating EMEA needs, aligning on priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives.

Operate with a high level of autonomy in a complex, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
