About this Role
The Merchant Category Strategy Product Team is seeking a Product Manager to lead initiatives that optimize category performance, enhance merchant decision-making, and drive strategic growth across our merchandising ecosystem. This role will focus on building tools and capabilities that empower merchants with data-driven insights, streamline category planning, to reflect merchant strategy.
Main responsibilities:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
7-10 years in merchandising, trade promotions, category management, or CPG commercial strategy, with direct involvement in allowance, cost, and promotional planning. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Management sciences, Business Administration. Hands-on experience with retailer and CPG data platforms (Circana, Nielsen, Symphony, or equivalent). Strong functional understanding of retail pricing, promotion mechanics, space & display execution, and vendor negotiations. Demonstrated ability to work with both merchant operators and technical teams to ensure solutions reflect practical workflows. Track record of turning data analysis into actionable insights that shaped trade or merchandising decisions. Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify root causes, evaluate complex data, and develop practical solutions. Excellent communication skills with ability to credibly engage at all levels - from merchants and department specialists to technical teams and executives.Skills Required

The salary range is $ 120,670 to $ 156,838 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
