As an Offering Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function. You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.
You will report directly to our Sr. Offering Manager and you’ll work out of our City, Shanghai on a Hybrid, On-site, Remote work schedule.
In this role, you will impact shaping strategic direction, driving revenue growth, fostering innovation, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining competitive advantage, optimizing resource allocation, mitigating risks, and ensuring cost-efficiency. Your leadership and expertise are instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining a strong market position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ **Strategic Growth Initiatives** : Develop and execute comprehensive offering strategies aimed at driving sustained growth and profitability across product lines.
+ **Market Opportunity Analysis** : Define and rigorously prioritize market opportunities and customer needs through data analysis, customer feedback, and competitive assessment.
+ **Targeted Product Development** : Identify and define sets of products aligned with customer roadmaps, undertaking product-level initiatives that promote growth and enhance market relevance.
+ **Relationship Management** : Build and nurture relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners, fostering a collaborative environment that supports mutual growth objectives.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Partner with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and customer support, to conceptualize, develop, and successfully launch innovative product offerings that meet market demands.
+ **Product Lifecycle Management** : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, focusing on pricing strategies, market positioning, and go-to-market efforts to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
+ **Market Intelligence Monitoring** : Continuously monitor market trends and the competitive landscape, leveraging insights to identify new growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
+ **Go-to-Market Strategy Leadership** : Lead the creation and execution of detailed go-to-market plans, including targeted marketing communication strategies that effectively position offerings in the market.
+ **Compelling Messaging Creation** : Develop clear and compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences, effectively communicating unique value propositions and competitive advantages.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Experience in thermal management technology, products and understanding of ecosystem is highly desired.
+ 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring product marketing skills, or other relevant related work experience.
+ 5+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
+ Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
+ Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
+ Experience in Advance packaging & heterogeneous integration is a plus
