Participate in user research efforts, including interviews, workflow reviews, and usability testing, to understand the needs of PVS teachers, administrators, and support teams.

Translate user insights into clear problem statements, basic requirements, and user stories that reflect PVS instructional and operational needs.

Support the creation and maintenance of an outcome‑focused product roadmap by documenting feature requirements, organizing backlog items, and identifying dependencies.

Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, School Operations, and other partners to support planning, development, and release activities.

Assist in conducting experiments, testing prototypes, gathering user feedback, and analyzing product performance data.

Contribute to integration and interoperability work across PVS platforms, including systems aligned with 1EdTech standards.
