Product Manager, Residential Building Envelope
**What's the job?** ****The ideal candidate will reside in PA or MA which will allow easy access to our Malvern, PA or Northboro, MA Offices**** We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to drive Saint-Gobain’s entry and rapid growth into the residential below-grade waterproofing market. This role will integrate GCP Applied Technologies’ proven commercial technologies with CertainTeed’s strong residential presence to deliver a comprehensive home-resilience envelope solution. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product management lifecycle, leveraging market expertise to define, launch, price, and market innovative solutions that accelerate growth and expand our footprint in the residential space. This role will lead the development and execution of Saint-Gobain’s residential below-grade waterproofing strategy by becoming the subject-matter expert through in-depth market and competitive analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with CertainTeed product managers and cross-functional teams to align offerings across the building envelope. Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting impactful messaging with Marketing, and developing pricing strategies grounded in cost and value. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is $89,500 to $138,500.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $100,200 to $155,100. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee. - -
