As a product manager on the menu innovation experience team, you will help define, test and commercialize packaging solutions for our retail stores. This is a strategy role with a focus on identifying opportunities, creating learning plans and leading initiatives aimed at improving customer experiences with our food and on-the-go orders. The position is highly collaborative and will work directly with key leaders and partner with a wide variety of teams spanning R&D, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, Product and Sustainability. We are looking for a candidate who is a courageous and influential leader, builds strong relationships, has an insatiable curiosity and passion for translating insights into action.

Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to…

Define and prioritize opportunities: Translate business questions into key problems to solve, set strategic priorities around desired outcomes, and develop hypotheses to guide research, development and testing Make business recommendations: Outline product objectives and contribute to growth strategies by creating and presenting business cases for new innovation, including key assumptions, projections, value levers and testing results Lead planning efforts: Guide teams in building clear, results-oriented pathways for learning, implementation and development of capabilities Identify solutions: Critically analyze learnings, and develop recommendations backed by data and insights, to meet business requirements Utilize framework thinking: Utilize storyboarding practices to build narratives and key messages that shape strategic direction and influence action in cross-functional teams to achieve goals, drive alignment with leaders and influence successful execution of key initiatives

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

 The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
