Product Manager, Martech

**Overview**
The Martech Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager to support the product vision, roadmap, discovery, and delivery for Marketing Technology capabilities, the scope of the Martech teams spans direct marketing/customer relationship management, advertising, SEO, offer, and digital asset and studio systems capabilities.
You'll be working with marketing stakeholders, cross-dependent digital product teams, solution and domain architects, a technical team, and UX partners. You'll be expected to own the product vision and clearly articulate the roadmap to team members and stakeholders. **Responsibilities and Qualifications**
+ Responsible for a subset of marketing technology capabilities.
+ Articulates the product vision and clearly translates the vision into clear requirements for the roadmap.
+ Ties prioritization methods to strategic objectives and broader Co-op goals.
+ Responsible for a component or set of components with a well-understood set of clients/stakeholders.
+ Leads a team through a process of discovering how to best solve for key opportunities. Encourages and incorporates the feedback of key stakeholders.
+ Leverages qualitative and quantitative data insights to help drive solutions.
+ Consistently advocates effectively for the internal/external customer's point of view from product ideation to delivery.
+ Works daily with a cross functional product and engineering team to deliver solutions that create positive outcomes for our customers and business.
+ Manages a technical backlog of Jira stories and agile ceremonies to drive the ongoing delivery of engineering work against the roadmap.
+ Drives iterative and agile delivery of new capabilities, features and services.
+ Effectively communicates and aligns with multiple product teams and stakeholders to drive towards common goals.
+ Effectively employs the tools and skills of Systems Thinking and understands current technology concepts.
+ Understands and builds out data value streams, identifying and resolving data quality concerns.
+ Proactively assists product team to recognize dependencies, remove barriers and ensure smooth product delivery.
+ Builds solutions that address business needs, taking into consideration the operationalization of new capabilities and solutions.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 5+ years’ experience managing technical platforms – or - 5+ years’ experience working on digital consumer products, including 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Specific knowledge marketing technology capabilities, marketing strategy and marketing processes.
+ Experience collaborating with engineers, data analysts, solution & domain architects.
+ Experience designing and executing product discovery and product optimization for internal tools and users.
+ Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members.
+ Capable of interpreting technical documents, including whitepapers and architectural diagrams, data mapping.
+ Fluency with API design principles, able to clearly communicate platform benefits from API design choices.
+ Proven record of delivering impactful products / services.
+ Proven ability to leverage data and insights to make informed product decisions.
+ BA/BS in computer science, engineering, related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
+ Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across REI for the achievement of business goals.
+ Flexible in one's viewpoints and positions to support the direction taken by others at REI.
+ Uses business knowledge, innovative thinking, and sound judgment in the solution of problems or the pursuit of business opportunities.
+ Consolidates information from various sources including feedback from others to reach sound decisions.
+ Considers the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers.
+ Works smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning well to produce quality work.

**Pay Range**
$113,100.00 - $180,900.00 per year
