**Job Description:**
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Product Manager, Market Access Marketing, Solid Tumor located in Horsham, PA. This role will be part of the Value, Access, and Pricing (VAP) team within the Strategic Customer Group (SCG) organization.
SCG develops and delivers strategies to ensure optimal access and reimbursement across the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) portfolio. Its responsibilities include account management and customer support for key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. Additionally, SCG provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for Johnson & Johnson’s major franchises.

The Product Manager, Market Access Marketing, will work with the Director to help implement market access strategies for Solid Tumor. In this role, you will be responsible for tactical planning and execution of market access resources to achieve access goals across all key channels in the Solid Tumor portfolio.
Key responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead and advance priority Solid Tumor market access initiatives across the TA by shaping Payer and IBG Lead calls for both launch and inline brands
+ Create strategic, portfolio level resources for the SAM team
+ Serve as a Market Access Launch execution SME, providing expertise to SCG MAM brand leads
+ Identify, build, and implement protocols across key areas, including access strategy & forecasting, launch-metric reporting, and insight generation
+ Analyze key marketplace and competitive trends to inform and contribute to innovative market access initiatives and resource development, particularly for cross-TA initiatives
+ Collaborate with business and managed markets analytics teams to generate deep market insights and mobilize teams for strategic action
+ Participate actively in Brand Business Planning and support all workstreams related to access and reimbursement strategies
+ Lead the approval process for copy related to Solid Tumor market access assets, ensuring compliance and accuracy
+ Oversee and optimize the market access budget, recommending trade-offs to meet strategic goals
+ Adopt new and challenging assignments that cultivate professional growth and contribute meaningfully to our business goals
**Qualifications: **
**Required: **
+ Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus
+ At least 2 years of professional experience in areas such as marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional engagement, sales leadership, or commercial insight strategy
+ Proven ability to lead collaboratively across diverse functions, including account management, brand management, strategic planning, legal, finance, HCC, and other key team members
+ Experience in project management to ensure timely and effective execution
+ Willingness to travel up to 10%, which may include overnight and weekend trips
**Preferred: **
+ Experience with taking assets through Copy Approval Committee (CAC)
+ Healthcare industry experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge is preferred
+ Strong baseline market access knowledge, including field training and pull-through strategies
