Working closely with the Individual Product Development team you will help identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the Living Benefits Insurance Products and supporting services, to drive new revenue and increase profitability, efficiency, and client retention.
What will you do?
•Support product development activities as a subject matter expert associated with the Critical Illness and Disability Insurance solutions, participating in ideation and information gathering of product requirements
•Leverage data and insights to drive product innovation and recommendations
•Assist with the development of business cases to support product development initiatives
•Collaborate with internal and external partners to address ongoing product issues and developments including underwriting, pricing, and operations
What will you need to succeed?
•5 years of experience in the Living Benefits insurance experience and product management experience
•Experience working with data to generate insights and action plans
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills while fostering teamwork
•Ability to work either independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•Creative problem solver and decision maker with a strong analytical and curious mindset
•Strong collaboration and influencing skills
•Proficiency in MS Office suite of software
