Product Manager, Go-To-Market
**Introduction** IBM Core Data Products like InfoSphere, OpenPages, Master Data Management, Cognos Analytics, and Data Replication are products that cater to enterprise data integration governance, analytics, and data regulatory compliance needs across industries. As a GTM Product Manager, you will lead go-to-market strategy across multiple products and also serve as the in-country matrix manager for Product Managers in the organization. **Your role and responsibilities** Lead Product Strategy and Execution. Ensure Financial and Commercial Success. Manage Stakeholders and Cross-Functional Collaboration. Develop and execute GTM strategies for B2B enterprise software. Drive successful product launches and maximize market adoption. Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, positioning, and enablement. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights for growth. Influence stakeholders and communicate effectively in a global environment. Champion Customer-Centric Product Development. Drive Innovation with AI and Analytics. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 10+ years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, Product Marketing, or Product Management. * Strong understanding of B2B enterprise software, Data, or analytics platforms. * Proven track record of executing successful product launches, driving adoption, and working with sales. * Data-driven mindset with experience in market analysis and performance measurement. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights. * Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. * Able to work in a matrix and distributed organization with people management skills where the people you work with may be geographically dispersed. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with cross-geographical teams. * Technical proficiency, particularly with software offerings. * Financial Acumen for Commercial Success: Experience managing risks and resolving issues that affect deployment scope, schedule and quality, and communicating those issues to affected parties early and often Demonstrated communication skills in a client facing environment. * Stakeholder Management: Solid People and Project Management skills, as this person will need to adjust quickly to get best results from unique or unexpected scenarios. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * 10+ years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, Product Marketing, or Product Management. * Familiarity with a variety of licensing and delivery options, including on-prem and SaaS. * Experience leading or managing teams. * Strong technical depth, with familiarity of AI, Cloud, and data integration.
