Job Duties
As our Product Manager - Escalators AME, you will successfully define and drive the product vision to meet customer, user, and business needs globally. You will own the development agenda, ensuring value creation and customer satisfaction through the desired cost levels, quality, and reliable solutions. You may also lead teams to help maintain operational processes across all product phases.
Hiring Requirements
You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful experience in product management related activities to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or similar degree from university. (Studies in product management methodologies & practices and/or product development & operations are advantages).
Other Hiring requirements
Experience and/or ability of leading product initiatives at a sub-system level (low to medium complexity of product) and teams with product mgmt. responsibilities, preferably in a global context.
Acumen to understand Business and customer needs and their preferences.
Ability to translate between business and technical viewpoints (especially for product owner roles).
Solid knowledge of product management and continuous development to ensure product attractiveness for customers over its lifetime.
Skills on value creation, selling, marketing and customer relationship.
Knowledge on how end user and customer data can be utilized in creating additional customer value.
Communication and networking skills.

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role in Allen, TX is $121,800 – $167,530. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:
Coal Valley, IL area hiring range: $115,800 – $159,170.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
