As a Product Manager in the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) SaaS Data Infrastructure Team, you are an integral part of unveiling cutting-edge Data/AIML products across the entirety of JPMC, while leading the end-to-end product life cycle. As a team project management leader, you are responsible for revolutionizing how the Product team stays organized and communicates. As a core product leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer, while utilizing your deep understanding of our Data Products & AIML roadmap; you guide successful launches, champion crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with business, engineering, data science, marketing teams, and more to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
Incorporate project manager practices into product manager execution.Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersServes as a subject matter expert on Data & AI/ML technologies and trends, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and customers.Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionDefines product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.Partners closely with marketing and client engagement teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area within a Product OrganizationProven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementFamiliarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks; GenAI use cases (e.g., LLMs, RAG, Model Context Protocol, Agents, AI Gateway), Model Development Lifecycle (e.g., MLOps).Proven strong experience with AWS, Snowflake, Starburst or similar D&A, data science, and cloud computing platforms.Excellent independent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
