The Product Manager, Channel Strategy & Innovation will report to the Senior Product Manager and will support commercialization and execution initiatives utilizing data-driven analytics. In this role, the Product Manager will be responsible for managing members of the Analyst team, tracking case metrics, monitoring operational dashboards, and providing data insights to stakeholders. The Product Manager will assist in facilitation of Account Manager capability training, support Customer Insights Dashboard integrity reviews, and identify process efficiencies for delivering customer-specific insights.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Supporting strategies for protecting and growing J&J position across markets
+ Participating in the development, testing, and expansion of tools designed to empower data-driven decisions across the organization
+ Managing Data Analyst team members, providing oversight and expertise related to customer-specific analytics
+ Engaging in Account Manager launch plans and ongoing training
+ Collaborating with Global Services team members to improve process execution, data mining, and metrics tracking
+ Supporting increased access to validated data by partnering with JJIT and Data Strategies teams
+ Supporting Customer Insights Dashboard integrity reviews
+ Providing Subject Matter expertise across multiple projects
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills & Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Minimum of 5 years’ Medical Device business experience
+ Minimum 2 years’ data analytics experience
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
+ Proficiency in the suite of MS Office programs
+ Ability to handle multiple projects with various degrees of complexity and ambiguity
+ Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization
+ Proven strategic, financial, and analytical capabilities
**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
+ Project management experience, including planning and execution
This position will be based in West Chester, PA and is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days based in the West Chester office.
Travel requirements include up to 20% domestic travel, including occasional weekends.
