Job DescriptionVisa’s Card Platforms organization works cross-functionally with Visa’s global and regional teams to create flexible, cutting-edge card platforms that significantly enhance and expand Visa’s impact in both consumer and business-to-business card payments. Within Card Platforms organization, the Visa Program Enablement team plays a critical role in building and enhancing products and platforms in card program management space, with a focus on enhancing the client experience and enabling the enablers to build innovative products leveraging these platforms. As a key member of this team, you will develop, enhance and maintain products, platforms, and APIs used by large financial institutions, emerging fintech players and challenger banks around the world.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to detail requirements, build business cases, write user stories and prioritize features on product roadmap. You will be responsible for acceptance of product enhancements through demos and user acceptance testing. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, user training, writing implementation guides and supporting client implementations.
The role requires the candidate to be comfortable with supporting the product user community, triaging, and owning any product related operational issues, and having an aptitude and desire to be very hands on with presentations, data and reporting, modern webservice development and UI/UX design. You should be able to work with cross functional teams spanned across multiple geographies and time zones. You have a “product ownership” attitude and are ready to do whatever it takes to integrate teams together for product launch and support.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,500.00 to 200,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
