A day in the life

Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and drive product differentiation.

Coordinate forecasting, aligning market needs with commercial, R&D, and operations teams to ensure accurate supply.

Collaborate closely with R&D to define long-term strategies, product roadmaps, and customer-focused developments.

Lead new product development, conduct Voice-of-Customer research, define requirements, and provide business justification for product launches and improvements.

Develop global product launch plans, including market segmentation, commercialization, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy.

Keys to Success

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences required

MBA or relevant product management experience a plus.

Experience

Experience: 3+ years in product management or related experience, preferably in the IVD space, with expertise in histocompatibility and immunogenetics, and antibody detection.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $113,500.00–$170,200.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
