Join us and make a significant impact on the future of sustainable infrastructure as Product Management Professional in Smart Infrastructure (SI) Buildings.

Your mission will be to:

·       Provide technical support across the entire fire detection systems portfolio to internal teams and customers.

·       Organize, plan and deliver training sessions on programming and configuring fire detection systems for various stakeholders.

·       Collaborate with Sales Enablement to facilitate product and solutions rollouts, ensuring correct positioning and communication.

·       Assist in the localization and adaptation of technical documentation for the fire detection portfolio.

·       Monitor market developments, competitor activities.

·       Support portfolio performance tracking by partnering with colleagues from sales and technical departments.

·       Engage proactively with Global Tech Unit to stay up to date with the latest innovations and contribute technical expertise.

Your success will be supported by:

·       Solid business knowledge and an understanding of value flow within Siemens.

·       Experience in product management of fire safety or related building automation technologies.

·       Ability to recognize and communicate market trends and business opportunities.

·       Customer-centric mindset focused on technical excellence and effective trainings.

·       Organizational and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and communicate technical matters clearly.

·       Fluency in Spanish, with strong English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Engineering or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

·       Proven experience in product management, technical support, or application engineering within SI Buildings domains, particularly fire detection.

·       Experience in conducting or organizing technical trainings.

·       Strategic and analytical thinking.

·       Experience in international and multicultural environments.

·       Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
