Product Management Leader, Mobile & Fluoroscopy Systems, DXR
**Job title:** The Product Management Leader is responsible for shaping and managing the product roadmap and lifecycle, leveraging extensive market understanding and customer insights to enhance value proposition and achieve business goals. The role oversees the strategic management of new product ranges and lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment with business strategies and market demands. The role shapes mid to long-term market insights to formulate comprehensive product and professional plans, focusing on future range realization and alignment with Innovation Roadmaps. The role fosters seamless integration of product strategies, promoting cross-functional collaboration to streamline development processes and enhance overall product readiness. **Your role:** * Leads the strategic definition of new product/software/lifecycle and professional ranges, overseeing the entire E2E lifecycle management process to align with business strategies, market demands, and future portfolio changes. * Shapes mid to long-term market insights into comprehensive product/software/lifecycle and professional plans, identifying essential components for future range realization and aligning with innovation roadmap and business strategies. * Delivers superior customer value by deeply understanding customer needs and commercial success criteria, and drives a comprehensive view of business performance, product releases, lifecycle management, and quality through a holistic platform approach. * Owns the development and execution of the claims roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize validated claims based on market trends and regulatory requirements, while continuously optimizing the strategy through analysis of competitor activity, customer insights, and compliance needs. * Builds and manages relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to align their insights and advocacy with product strategy, driving engagement through advisory boards and educational initiatives to enhance product credibility, market influence, and thought leadership while measuring impact on market adoption and positioning. * Oversees multiple product management areas of the platform, defines the product and solution roadmap, and manages the entire platform lifecycle to ensure alignment with strategic goals and successful execution throughout its development and deployment. * Collaborates with other product management business roles, builds on previous responsibilities to ensure cohesive strategy development, effective product management, and cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
