Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for launching innovative medical technologies? Join our team as a Product management and physician relationship support and play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge interventional ultrasound solutions to market.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure seamless support of the product management and physician relationship teams.

This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA office.

Your Role: 

Align schedules between cross functional teams.Ownership of Inventory Management for the cardiovascular team.Initialize internal approval processes and track completion.Collect data from collaboration sites and summarize results.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Organize logistics to send and receive materials from external partners.Tracking invoices and payments based on contractual agreements, keeps records of all payments.Tracking ECE case schedules and coordinating with account owners.Support physician relations team in building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinical partners.Serve as point of contact for physician inquiries, scheduling, logistics, and follow-up needs.Assist with coordination of physician meetings, training sessions, advisory boards, educational events, and conferences.

Your Expertise: 

Planning & Coordination: Coordination of cross functional teams, ensuring that marketing, sales, and product teams are aligned and prepared for successful product activities.Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and provide performance analysis to optimize future go-to-market strategies.Key Operational Liaison: For the organization and its physician partners, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, data tracking, and issue resolution.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or related roles in the medical device or healthcare industry.Familiarity with project management strategies, particularly within the medical device or healthcare sector, is highly desirable.Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to track performance and manage timelines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity in a dynamic market environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $89,000 - Max $133,500

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
