Reporting to the Head of Digital P&C and People Services, this global position oversees the digital configuration, integration, and strategy for time, attendance, absence, and payroll-related systems. The role is accountable for the end-to-end process and system design for time management and payroll interfaces, ensuring compliance with global standards while supporting local operational needs.
Key responsibilitiesProduct Management Leadership: Lead the global product management team for time, attendance, absence, and payroll integration systems, ensuring system reliability and process optimization.Workday Expertise: Manage the configuration of Workday’s time and absence modules. Ensure global consistency while meeting specific country-level compliance requirements.Core Model and Payroll Interfaces: Own the design and governance of the core model for integration between Workday and local payroll/time tracking systems. Manage exceptions and ensure consistent interface operations.Strategic Roadmap Delivery: Develop and execute a long-term roadmap for payroll and time systems, anticipating compliance, operational, and efficiency needs.End-to-End Process Design: Oversee global process design for absence, time tracking, and payroll integration to ensure streamlined and compliant workflows.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Digital Products, P&C, People Services, and local HR and finance stakeholders to ensure systems support operational excellence and compliance.About you
Professional experience
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in HR technology or digital product management with 5+ years in payroll, time, and attendance systems leadership.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Workday time and absence configuration. Experience managing interfaces with local payroll systems is essential.Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders across P&C, Finance, and IT.Strategic Vision: Ability to build a strategic roadmap for time and payroll solutions while addressing local compliance and operational efficiency.Communication: Excellent communication skills, especially with translating system capabilities to business audiences.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related fieldCertifications in Workday or payroll/time systems are preferredAgile Mindset and PracticesCompliance and Operational GovernanceDigital Product ManagementRisk and Issue Management
