WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONIn this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Global Football Apparel Licensed (Clubs & Federations) team across all stages of the product creation process. Working closely with Product Management, Merchandising, Design, and Technical Design, you will support the journey from initial brief through to final product approval.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the team meets all Game Plan Dates and driving readiness for key meetings (sample preparation, document setup, pre-reads, meeting recaps, etc.)Maintaining clear, accurate communication with triad partners and key stakeholdersManaging and tracking product samplesSupporting the product creation workflow through strong data management and cross-functional collaborationEnsuring data accuracy across essential documents and tools (Visual Line Plans, Sales Tools, Miro Boards, Change Logs)Developing foundational analytical skills to help plan and manage the linePartnering with the category information analyst to ensure data accuracy in MMX (FOB, landed costs, wholesale pricing targets, forecasted units)A typical week involves maintaining system accuracy, managing sample flow, participating in and organizing meetings, and providing clear communication to guide cross-functional teams through checkpoints.
