We are looking for a PLM Functional Specialist to support the implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform (ENOVIA PLM) across our organization. Then you are our new colleague.**
We are embarking on a major Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation with Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This is an exciting time to join our PLM team, as we are just starting the multi-year implementation project. **The team you will be part of**
You will work from our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark and be part of a new team reporting to the Head of Product Lifecycle Management Solutions within Digital, Data and IT. As part of the core PLM team, you will work closely with engineering, R&D, Quality, Operations, PLM IT Solution Architect and other IT colleagues. **Your contribution is appreciated and as** our new PLM Functional Specialist, you will play an important role in defining and configuring our new PLM solution so that it covers end-to-end business processes and aligns with our strategic objectives.
You will, together with an Implementation Partner, ensure our 3DEXPERIENCE platform is configured to meet GN Group’s requirements in areas like Bill of Materials (BOM) management, change management, and document management. You will serve as our internal PLM functional Consultant who analyzes, designs, configures, tests and trains on the new solution.
**Key responsibilities are:**
+ **Requirement Gathering & Analysis** : Engage with stakeholders to capture business and engineering requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the 3DEXPERIENCE environment
+ **Gap Analysis & Configuration** : Perform fit-gap analysis between standard 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities and business needs and implement necessary configurations or extensions
+ **Workflow & Data Model Setup** : Configure lifecycles, workflows, access controls, and data models to support product development and change management processes
+ **Functional Testing & Validation** : Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business processes
+ **User Training & Enablement** : Deliver training sessions and create user documentation to support adoption and effective use of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
+ **Deployment & Post-Go-Live Support** : Support data migration, go-live activities, and provide HyperCare and continuous improvement recommendations post-deployment
**To perform well in the role, we imagine that**
+ You have demonstrated experience in PLM functional consulting, with direct involvement in implementing or supporting PLM solutions across product development processes
+ You have a solid understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA functional capabilities, with experience configuring roles, lifecycles, and workflows to meet business needs (alternatively similar experience from other PLM or complex enterprise systems)
+ You are familiar with core PLM concepts such as BOM management, CAD integration, change management, and product lifecycle stages
+ You are proficient in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business needs, transforming them into functional specifications and configurations
+ You are an effective communicator with experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders and ensure solution adoption
+ You are proficient in English both orally and in writing
