Product Leader -Data Analytics (Self Serve, HRA, Benchmarking)

General description of role: The Data Analytics role will specifically support in building our go to market proposition for data analytics via Aon tools and interfacing with clients and colleagues to develop the overall value proposition (via Aon tools like Pulse and HRA). The team works very closely with the regional teams for Analytics as well as the ABS teams supporting the India analytics delivery in executing the laid down strategy. The role will strongly focus on developing colleague skills in articulating and presenting analytics as well as identifying underlying trends. Job responsibilities: Support the business leader in execution of the strategy for Data Analytics. The role will require to + Support the development of Aon benefits advisory through Aon analytics products like Pulse, HRA, Explorer, Self-Serve and others. The role will carry key responsibility for the roll out of these products and adoption by client teams + Work to build the product proposition including ensuring the right mix of benefits/ claims data and support ABS team in operational execution + Work with all large clients to support in long term cost management by forecasting medium- and long-term health costs and pinpoint underlying claims trends. + Be a key part of large client renewal discussions, work with Health Risk Management teams to support on risk mitigation strategies + Generate significant thought leadership, and data based analytical trends presentations as needed. + Responsible for developing and executing a strategy for monetizing data products Skills/competencies required: + Must have experience in health underwriting and formal health actuarial training with strong statistical skills + Must have significant experience in data analytics and be very proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. + Strong communication, presentation, consultative selling, advising, and negotiation skills. + A consulting mind-set, with strong analytical skills & competitive drive. + Solid technical understanding of the insurance benefits market for health life and accident benefits in India primarily with some knowledge of international trends. + Worked with a matrix structured organization; is a team player and is collaborative. + Ability to manage and excel in ambiguous situations.
