General description of role:
The Data Analytics role will specifically support in building our go to market proposition for data analytics via Aon tools and interfacing with clients and colleagues to develop the overall value proposition (via Aon tools like Pulse and HRA). The team works very closely with the regional teams for Analytics as well as the ABS teams supporting the India analytics delivery in executing the laid down strategy. The role will strongly focus on developing colleague skills in articulating and presenting analytics as well as identifying underlying trends.
Job responsibilities:
Support the business leader in execution of the key responsibility areas as given below. Weightage for each role will depend on the specific focus for that member, within the team:
+ Benefits Engagement Technology
+ Support client teams in the deployment and delivery of benefits advisory through Aon benefits engagement technology like EBH and Aon Choice
+ Operate as a product manager for these products, support in faster adoption and deployment including interaction with client teams
+ Have independent capability to navigate all legal issues including related contracts and TOBA with clients for speedier adoption
Skills/competencies required:
+ Must have experience in client relationship management with a good understanding of benefits technology
+ Must have experience or / part of team that has managed and seen a long sales cycle conversion.
+ Must have a grasp on data analytics and proficient with Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
+ Strong communication, presentation, consultative selling, advising, and negotiation skills.
+ Worked with a matrix structured organization; is a team player and is collaborative.
+ Ability to manage and excel in ambiguous situations.
Required education and certifications critical for the role- MBA / MCA / Post Graduate diploma in business or B Tech/ BBA / BA comm with addition 4+ years’ experience in insurance field, Certifications on Data analytics, Insurance is preferred
Required years of experience - 10-15 years exp
Location – Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai
