WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits within Nike’s Apparel Standards and Governance team under Product Integrity. You’ll partner closely with Material Supply Chain, Product Development, Material Development, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, and collaborate with material vendors and factories across the Americas region to ensure quality standards are met.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships internally and externally are essential. Comfort with data analysis and proficiency in tools like Excel, Smartsheet, and Air Table will help you succeed. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and trainingKnowledge of textile manufacturing processes, dyeing, finishing, printing, and material testingStrong analytical, communication, and project management skills

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll deliver material quality expertise to Nike’s product creation and supply chain teams, ensuring risks are identified early and production meets specifications. Your work will influence supplier performance and drive continuous improvement across global operations.Core Responsibilities:Partner with product creation teams, supply chain, and suppliers to identify and mitigate material quality risks before manufacturingEvaluate manufacturing plans to confirm processes meet specifications and tolerancesSupport suppliers through evaluations, training, troubleshooting, and corrective actionsAssess materials and identify key production quality competencies and risksReview production testing and color data to resolve issues quicklyLead issue management, root cause analysis, and improvement planningCommunicate effectively with internal and external partners to drive alignment
