Product Industrialization Project Manager
**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Initiates and oversees process technology development activities in the context of New Product Generation as well as product and solution technology roadmap. + Ensures adherence to the applicable process for product introductions, qualifications and release + Responsible for Manufacturing input in PDLM process focusing on DfMAT + Initiates and executes Capex optimization for initial investments + Is accountable for process and Manufacturing Requirements based on Product Specifications and Test Requirements from I&D + Is accountable for the process and equipment capability that meets these Requirements + Orchestrates design for lean manufacturing with according inputs to PDLM workflows. + Responsible for PDLM-driven design changes in Philips factories and at suppliers and their implementation + Is accountable for MF BOM and routing Master data until release to shipment and for PDLM ruled changes + Is accountable for establishing Inspection and Test Criteria for Philips owned components and assemblies + Applies lean manufacturing principles **KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:** + First Pass Yield + Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ) + Initial Product Quality: DEFOA + Customer supply chain lead-time + Deliver NPI/MLD as per plan + FCP index + Capex Plant + Procurement Bom savings + field change orders & recalls **REQUIRED COMPETENCES** + Change Management + Logistics Fundamentals + Manufacturing Fundamentals + Operational Excellence + Operational Risk + Prefer PMI Competencies (Project Management) + Procurement & Sourcing Fundamentals + Product Innovation & Lifecycle **Minimum required Education:** Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Education in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Cost Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Automation or equivalent. **Minimum required Experience:** No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or Cost Engineering or equivalent. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
