**Product Industrialization Engineer** The Product Industrialization Engineer is responsible to lead projects which require creating a supplier & sourcing management strategy, new product introduction material setup, device master record design controls for design changes, supplier quality and material cost strategy. **Your role:** + Proactively engage with the assigned business category operational excellence priorities, Hospital Patient Monitoring objectives, and NPI initiatives + Collaborate and participate in identifying and implementing cost savings programs, such as Cost Savings and productivity of business processes + Identify your individual opportunities to strengthen your own skill set to further engage and constructively challenge the performance of the team. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Operations (This is an individual contributor role) + Your skills include supplier management, SAP/excel advanced and Lean. + You have a degree in engineering, supply chain or logistics. MBA is preferred. + You speak Bilingual English. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
