Summary: Seeking a Product Improvement Engineer specialized in electrical engineering to enhance product performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Product Support, Project, or Electrical Engineering Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Proficient with ECAD software and MS Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

Experience in design and manufacture of PCBAs and Cable Assemblies Proven Project Management experience Experience with CAD software Knowledge of Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) Background in Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Corrective Action

Responsibilities:

Identify and execute improvements on electrical assemblies for released products Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Select parts and processes to ensure reliable product function Validate concepts through analysis and testing Design electrical assemblies including PCBs and cable assemblies Troubleshoot design issues for existing product lines Lead multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
