Other key priorities are but not limited to: working with the Mechanical Engineering Team to coordinate the transfer of engineering BOM’s and data into the company’s ERP system, attending dFMEA and Design Review meetings to ensure new products are well prepared for the transfer through the company’s toll-gate process for successful manufacture, and using Creo design software to review designs of new products, and to ensure changes to existing product are processed from robust design intent. This role is located in **St Ives, Cambridgeshire.** **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Act as process manager/developer and manage the company’s ECN process + Driving interdepartmental communication around ECNs and reporting out of ECN KPIs + Inputting of new Assemblies and parts into our ERP system + Processing production permits and process change notes + Work alongside with engineering and quality teams to fault find, setup design of experiments and testing, improving Linx products and system reliability. **The** **essential requirements of the job include:** + Process driven and proactive individual from an Engineering background with at least 3 years’ experience in working with engineering design changes + Experience of being responsible for or administrating an engineering change system + Experience of NPI or the transfer of new products to manufacture + Experience in entering and maintaining engineering data on an ERP system such as Oracle or an equivalent MRP/ERP system + Advanced user of MS Excel and macros + Experience in working with electro-mechanical systems and/or 3D CAD packages such as Creo orSolidWorks _(desirable)_ + A strong desire to be in a fast paced and multifaceted environment with exposure to wide variety of projects and the chance to broaden skills and knowledge **Linx** is proud to part of the Product Quality & Innovation segment of **Veralto** (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
