Your mission, roles and responsibilities

•    Implementation of each CO released by the client.
•    Follow-up on changes with the client and suppliers.
•    Issuance and follow-up of Intervention Notices.
•    Development and follow-up of VA/VE Plans.
•    Conduct LPA audits.
•    Coordinate product tests.
•    Follow-up on new product designs.
•    Timely follow-up on CRs.
•    Promote process improvement through the generation of improvement ideas.
•    Financial analysis.
•    Correct quality issues in products.
•    Coordinate rework in case of obsolescence.
•    Follow-up on obsolete items.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and/or technical or development career.
80% proficiency in English (spoken, read, written).
 
Experience in:
•    Manufacturing/Production.
•    Cutting and sewing processes.
•    Blueprint interpretation.
•    Negotiation.
•    Projects/Product launches.
•    Administration of VA/VE improvement ideas.
 
Required knowledge:
•    AUTOCAAD.
•    APQP management.
•    Interpretation of blueprints (automotive type) and electrical diagrams.
•    Product specifications.
•    Knowledge of mechanics (bearings, bushings, turbines).
•    Knowledge of electronics, electricity, and pneumatics.
•    SAP - MES systems.
•    IATF.
