Summary: Seeking a Product Engineer with expertise in mechanical engineering for heavy equipment design and technical leadership.

Requirements:

US Citizen or Green Card holder Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years experience designing mechanical components/systems for heavy equipment, preferably mining equipment Experience with NX and TeamCenter preferred; other CAD packages considered Experience designing welded structures and/or hydraulics

Preferred Skills:

Ability to perform design and analysis

Responsibilities:

Maintain assigned product model(s) throughout the product life cycle Act as technical lead for assigned product line(s) Coordinate with various departments to drive continuous improvement and innovation Prioritize product improvements and quality issues using CPI process Create and approve Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) Implement common solutions across product models Perform and approve design calculations Lead cost reduction and assembly optimization projects Manage a team of design engineers Cooperate with remote resources and contractors as needed Visit mine sites for customer feedback engagement Maintain product line options lists/configurations

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
