What You Will Do

Provide professional support to the team responsible for new product introductionsCoordinate and perform validations related to product changesOperate and improve tools, instruments, documentation, and processes used in production, testing, and servicingEnsure seamless execution of manufacturing, testing, and servicing tasksAnalyze product-specific failures, document corrective actions, and provide feedback to development and production teamsSupport the work of repair and service techniciansContribute to activities aimed at improving product quality and quantityMonitor product lifecycle and create product- and process-specific settings for manufacturing and servicingOptimize processes, improve production KPIs, and reduce scrapParticipate in problem-solving activitiesInvestigate customer complaints and support supplier complaint processes

What You Need to Be Successful

University degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred) or at least 3 years of relevant experienceProficiency in EnglishBasic knowledge of measurement technologiesExperience in new product introductionConfident computer skills (MS Office, SAP, CAD drawings)Flexibility, precision, and process-oriented mindsetAnalytical thinking and strong communication and decision-making skillsIndependent, confident, constructive, and proactive work style

Bonus Points if You Have

Experience in an international manufacturing environmentKnowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologiesFamiliarity with quality assurance systems Project management experience
