Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Chemical or Materials Engineering.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in engineering in the automotive, seating and/or mechanisms field. 

Knowledge and activities

Drawings interpretation, GD&T medium-advanced level. Working knowledge in CAD (SolidWorks, Catia, NX). Working knowledge of engineering tools such as FMEA, 8Ds, A4s, root cause analysis. Experience with MIG welding, RW, projection welding, cold staking/orbital forming and assembly processes. Willingness and ability to travel within and outside region. Product launch support: prototype development, product validation, review of product characteristics, on-site root cause analysis and NA structures engineering interface. Quality: support customer’s QNs resolution, analysis of product variation against design and specification requirements and on-site engineering root cause investigations. Support to STR plants: active communication, management of ETR’s and PTR’s, personnel training, design review of checking and welding fixtures, lead technical audits and PWs. Advanced english – fluent and conversational (mandatory).
