Subject to random drug testing + Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, utilizing root cause analysis + Ability to interpret technical specifications + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple activities in a team environment **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering + Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience + Preferred degrees: industrial engineering, engineering technology, and other degrees with a focus on manufacturing + Skills and experience utilizing Oracle, Windchill or Data Analysis software + General understanding of electronics manufacturing processes + Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts + Ability to interpret and apply specifications, standards, and customer requirements + Proficiency with MS Office Products **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $63662 - $108225 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
