The Product Director will be accountable for developing and leading HCP focused marketing strategies and tactical execution for Spravato, with a focus on omnichannel, digital and NPP strategy. Within this role they will complement and elevate how we engage, communicate, and educate healthcare providers to supplement our traditional personal promotional approach with innovative, non-personal communication. They will work closely with other brand partners and a cross-functional team that includes the Franchise Omnichannel team, Insights and Analytics, Communications, JJIT. The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director for Professional Promotion and will serve as a core member of the brand team.
Responsibilities / Areas of Focus include but are not limited to the following activities:
+ Lead development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, messaging, and tactical plans to achieve business goals
+ Lead media strategy including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
+ Lead and manage the media agency, agency of record as well as other agencies to develop and execute marketing strategy, the tactical plan, and tactical content development.
+ Provide strategic direction and partner with the Insights and Analytics team to generate actionable insights and analytics through market research and data analytics that will inform marketing strategies, tactics and measure tactical and brand performance.
+ Provide strategic direction and partner with the Franchise Omnichannel team to develop and deliver cohesive and innovative approaches and omnichannel solutions aligned with brand business objectives
+ Provide strategic direction for Engagement.AI for the brand, ensure continuous optimization and innovation
+ Champion a culture of innovation and collaboration

**Qualifications:**
+ A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field preferred.
+ A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
+ A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Agency and/or related fields
+ Omnichannel, digital experience, cross-channel or agency experience preferred
+ Strong marketing proficiency, project management, verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
+ A demonstrated ability to be innovative, proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required
This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 20% domestic travel

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$120,000-207,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
