 As a Product Director in Chief Data and Analytics Office, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers.  Job responsibilities

Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for data infrastructure enablement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 

Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data infrastructure solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS services. 

Drive product management efforts, collaboration with lines of business, and the assessment of problem spaces to deliver effective solutions. 

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, CTC, and data governance, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of data infrastructure capabilities. 

Partner strategically with the Internal Fusion Platform to align data infrastructure initiatives with broader organizational strategies. 

Oversee the management of data infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. 

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the data infrastructure team. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 

Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics

Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful data and AI/ML product delivery. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
