Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Product Director of Marketing Access Marketing, Prostate, located in Horsham, PA. This role will be part of the Value, Access, and Pricing (VAP) team within the Strategic Customer Group (SCG) organization.
SCG develops and delivers strategies to ensure optimal access and reimbursement for the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) portfolio. Its responsibilities include account management and customer support for key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. Additionally, SCG provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for Johnson & Johnson’s major franchises.

The Market Access Marketing Product Director will play a critical role in supporting the Group Product Director to evolve and implement a cohesive and overarching SCG market access strategy for currently approved advanced prostate cancer therapies and potential future assets in the Solid Tumor Prostate Portfolio.
Key responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
+ Design and implement end-to-end market access strategies and customer-focused tactics (e.g., payer value proposition) that align with Brand Strategy and address the needs of the SCG customer base
+ Build strong partnerships with brand teams, account teams, and SCG functional leads to ensure seamless execution of strategies and alignment across stakeholders
+ Define, monitor, and measure progress against brand access goals to enable net trade sales in accordance with gross-to-net forecasts
+ Lead forums to gather, interpret, and share customer and market insights, translating findings into actionable strategies and tactics
+ Develop and implement robust training plans for payer and institutional account teams, ensuring they are well-prepared for key market events
+ Prepare and deliver impactful content for key meetings, including Launch Readiness Reviews, Market Access Readiness Reviews, National Meetings, Fast Start Meetings, and New Hire Training sessions
+ Drive SCG partner requirements across the Integrated Evidence Team to ensure data generation plans support and enhance the brand’s value proposition
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
BA/BS required, MBA preferred
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ Proven expertise in strategy development, marketing, and analytics with a strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
+ Ability to identify market trends that impact business goals and translate them into actionable strategies.
+ Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed team environment.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, foster partnerships, and influence across levels and functions.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to defend business rationale, influence without authority, and facilitate consensus-building.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience in brand marketing and/or market access, with a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare stakeholders and dynamics.
+ Prior experience in Prostate or other Oncology therapeutic areas.
