The Channel Strategies Product Director is a core member of the brand team accountable for developing and executing the channel strategies critical for the launch of icotrokinra in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO).
This position reports to the Group Product Director, Access/Customer Experience, icotrokinra.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the design of the integrated channel strategy for the launch of icotrokinra across all field deployed teams. This includes designing unique approaches to market and maximize impact across key specialties (Ex. Derm, PC, APP, TLL, KAS) and sites of care (Hospitals, Super Groups)
+ Set expectations and lead the alignment and integration with the field teams supporting all critical needs in delivering a great customer experience and supporting needs for patient initiation and ongoing management with icotrokinra.
+ Actively participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to launch strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
+ Manage associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.

**Qualifications**
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
+ A minimum of 5 years of business experience with successful track record – preferably in Marketing, or alternatively also in Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical or related fields
+ Solid analytical & critical thinking with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable tactics to deliver on business objectives
+ Strong cross functional collaboration skills
+ Excellent communication & project management skills
+ Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals
+ Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 30%
Preferred:
+ Launch experience preferred
