Purpose of the job
To lead the delivery of end-to-end design projects and create user experience solutions for digital platforms, with a focus on translating business goals into intuitive and visually appealing product experiences that address customer pain points.
Duties and responsibilities
Lead and execute design projects, managing the entire process from conceptualization to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Design and optimize user interfaces aligned with business objectives, UX standards, and design systems. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Partner with business owners, engineering leads, and analytics specialists to understand project requirements. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to improve the design process.Job specification
Education
Preferably bachelor's degree in computer science, art, information technology, or related field.Experience
2+ years of experience as a product designer with a focus on digital platforms, preferably in the telecom or fintech industry. Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and a deep understanding of UX principles. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project priorities.Personal skills
