You work with the RDQ team to conduct experiments and trials under the guidance of more senior team members.

How you will contribute

You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.

What you will bring

Operation and basic maintenance of equipment and machinery in Gum & Candy Pilot Plant areaProvide support for Product Developers during Pilot Plant and Laboratory trials (technical aspect, raw material preparation, cleaning, delivering basic reports from trials)Ensuring raw material availability (organizing delivery from suppliers and Mondeléz factories, improving ways of workings in this area)Ensuring proper technical & quality condition of Pilot Plant areaPreparation & review of equipment manufacturing instructions (in cooperation with equipment owners)Review elimination of technical failures of equipment (with support of the Technical Department if needed)Ensuring that GMP, safety and HACCP standards are in place and executedOrganizing equipment trainings for less experienced colleaguesFollowing safety and 5S rules

Requirements:

Minimum High School degreeExperience in production (ideally in food industry), Laboratory/Pilot Plant or related areaGood understanding of mechanics/electricsTechnical mindset and skillsProactivity, engagement and willingness to developOpenness to cooperate in multinational teamEnglish language allowing communication
