The Product Manager for the Razer Software will drive the strategy and create requirements needed to grow new software for one of the world’s biggest gamer ecosystems with over 170M users.
Responsibilities
Cross-department/team Collaboration: Collaborate across teams to understand shifting objectives and priorities, gather product requirements, and work with the team to formulate product plans to meet those requirements
Product Planning & Definition: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with clear work items. Write PRD documents, create and manage product roadmaps to drive the achievement of business goals
Data Analysis & Iteration: Monitor and analyze core product metrics (e.g., user growth, engagement, retention, conversion). Continuously optimize product features and experience based on data and user feedback to drive business growth
Market & User Insights: Evaluate the gaming software landscape and technology market, conducting competitive analysis and user research
Qualifications
Education & Experience
2+ years of experience as a mobile product manager
Bachelor's degree or higher
Professional Skills
Proficient in at least one product design tool (e.g., Axure, Sketch, Figma)
Experienced with project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
Ability to manage collaboration and communication with internal and external teams to ensure resources and efficient workflow
Excellent documentation skills, capable of producing clear, detailed PRDs, prototypes, and presentation materials
Language Proficiency
English communication skills, both written and verbal
Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
Avid gamer – familiar with various game genres and player behaviors
Experience with international products or collaborating with overseas teams

出色的文档撰写能力,能产出PRD、原型及演示材料
