In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, ingredient and recipe experts, as well as sensory and consumer teams, gaining valuable insights into the product development process. Don’t miss the opportunity to join us and work with different teams in an agile and diverse context. **A Day in the Life of a Product Development Innovation Intern** + Assist project managers and product developers in designing new cocoa-based products while gaining practical experience in product design and development, enhancing your creativity and technical skills + Coordinate and manage bench-scale and pilot plant trials to prepare for industrialization, allowing you to learn effective experimental planning and trial management + Design new prototypes and innovative formulations, as well as develop product concepts that align with market trends, helping you enhance your ability to think creatively and translate ideas into viable products + Consolidate and analyze data from experiments and trials to make informed recommendations for next steps, developing your analytical skills and understanding the importance of data-driven decision-making in product development **What will make you successful** + Master Student or freshly graduated (or equivalent) in Food Science, engineering or Chemistry + First experience/internship in product formulation is a plus + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Highly adaptable, open minded, result focus combined with an innovative mindset + Autonomy, collaborate effectively within a team + Excellent communication and organizational skills + Fluent in French and English At Nestlé, we want to help shape a better and healthier world, inspire people to live healthier lives and deliver impact at a scale and pace that makes a difference.
