Summary: Seeking a Product Development Engineer with expertise in automotive interiors and experience in product lifecycle management, engineering analysis, and manufacturing integration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Product Development, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing) 2-3 years of relevant engineering experience Certification in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean/Kaizen/6 Sigma principles Experience with automotive interiors (instrument panels, overhead console)

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of design simulation tools Experience in root cause analysis methods

Responsibilities:

Lead full product development lifecycle from concept to post-launch support Apply advanced engineering principles to solve design challenges using CAE and CFD tools Conduct tolerance stack-up studies for dimensional accuracy and functional performance Develop technical documentation adhering to GD&T standards Collaborate with manufacturing teams for efficient production and operational performance

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
