Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or similar engineer degree. 2+ years experience in Ford Powertrain Calibration with knowledge of current gas or hybrid ICE calibration processes and software. Strong understanding and experience with Accurate Technologies, Inc. (ATI), or similar, testing and data acquisition tools and software. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to multi-task. Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
