The right candidateis responsible for designing intuitive, high-impact mobile experiences that support the end-to-end homebuying journey across customer-facing applications. This role translates customer insights, business objectives, and brand standards into scalable mobile design solutions that enhance usability, drive engagement, and improve conversion across iOS and Android platforms. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Design end-to-end mobile user experiences across iOS and Android platforms supporting home search, buying, and customer engagement journeys * Translate customer needs, behavioral data, and research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs * Optimize mobile experiences for usability, accessibility, and performance across devices and screen sizes * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraints * Conduct user testing, analyze behavioral data, and refine designs to improve conversion and engagement metrics * Ensure consistency with brand standards, design systems, and mobile UX best practices * Contribute to and evolve mobile design systems, components, and interaction patterns * Support implementation by partnering with engineering to ensure design fidelity and quality execution * Participate in cross-functional planning and design reviews * Stay current on mobile UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies * Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company **Education and/or Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field * 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, with a focus on mobile applications * Strong knowledge of mobile UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD * Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive mobile experiences * Designs experiences grounded in customer behavior, needs, and usability best practices to drive engagement and satisfaction * Uses analytics, testing, and user feedback to continuously improve mobile experience performance * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications * Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
