Product Designer (fixed term, maternity cover)

Currently, we are looking for a passionate and proactive UX Designer. In this mid-level role, you’ll design and deliver engaging, effective user experiences for our GoTo product family. You’ll collaborate in an international UX team, with ongoing opportunities for growth and learning, while working closely with product managers, researchers, fellow designers, and engineers. **Your Day to Day** **As a** **Product Designer** **you would be working on** + Collaborating with cross functional partners including but not limited to product, design, research, and engineering to ensure solutions are user-centered and aligned with product requirements. + Analyzing and synthesizing data from usability tests and research to inform design decisions. + Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished design assets that apply your understanding of user problems, product vision, and technology capabilities. + Documenting and communicating design intent and rationale. **What** **We’re** **Looking For** **As a** **Product Designer** **, your background** **will look like** + 3+ years of relevant UX/Product Design experience, preferably in agile or cross-functional teams. + A portfolio demonstrating your process, and examples ofshipped digital products (including user task flows, wireframes, hi-fi mockups, and other design deliverables). + Understanding of core UX principles, accessibility, and usability fundamentals. + Comfort in presenting your work and iterating based on feedback. **What We Offer** At GoTo, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits designed to fit your life—at work and beyond.
