Summary: Seeking a Product Design Engineer with extensive experience in hydraulic systems for new product development and sustaining engineering projects.

Requirements: BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited university Minimum ten years of mechanical engineering design experience Experience with structures, mechanical power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, IC engines, and systems integration Proficiency in designing and managing hydraulic systems, particularly for mobile equipment Experience with 3D CAD software; Autodesk Inventor preferred Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 standards

Preferred Skills:

Experience in automotive, agricultural, or mobile equipment industries Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems; Autodesk Vault preferred Experience maintaining Bills of Materials in an ERP system Working knowledge of fabrication shop equipment

Responsibilities:

Design, prototype, and test new products and sustain existing products Develop product specifications and project plans Manage timelines, budgets, and costs for projects while providing status updates to leadership Create and maintain detailed drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials Direct prototype building efforts as needed Provide technical support for customer service and field technicians

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
